The space

This is a place to come for complete relaxation, or for a medium sized gathering of family or friends. As well as the 4000 square foot home, there is a large yard great for playing games or pitching tents.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole home (including laundry facilities) as well as the yard and beach. The river is 100 ft from the front door. There will also be access to my pantry for those little extras you may have forgotten to bring.

Interaction with guests

I will be available most of the time and will be staying on a different part of the property. As I do work off the property, I will leave my contact information and there are people arranged to help if needed.

The neighbourhood

My home is situated on 7 riverfront acres with larger farms surrounding. Silver Creek is a offshoot community of Salmon Arm and boasts a lovely country store with most amenities, as well as a school, library, community park with riding arena and 2 community halls.

Other things to note

This is a great central location to either Salmon Arm or Vernon for summer recreation or winter sports. I am situated 25 minutes from Shaw Centre in Salmon Arm and 35 minutes from Kal Tire Place in Vernon. There are many things to do while staying here while on vacation. Salmon Arm has many attractions including-Historic Haney House, free Wednesday on the Warf concert series, hiking along the foreshore bird sanctuary, farmer markets Wednesdays and Fridays, Margaret Falls, floating down the Shuswap river in Enderby, and multiple beaches around the Shuswap and North Okanagan. There are also award winning local wineries to visit and taste test!
